What we've built so far

In our first year, we brought together practitioners across energy healing, herbalism, sound healing, somatic work, and ancestral healing. We hosted a 1 day retreat and a 5-day online Wellness Summit to serve the RGV community.

The five-hour community retreat helped 40 people experience meditation, sound healing, hypnosis. Most participants said they'd never had access to before.

The 5-day RGV Wellness Summit featured 10 local RGV practitioners who shared their knowledge and expertise with over 340 people in the community.

Our goal is to create a thriving wellness ecosystem in the Rio Grande Valley — where communities and practitioners grow stronger together. Real healing, real education, and real connection.
